It is a simple, nutritious, and cooling dish, especially popular during the hot summer months.Ingredients:Pearl millet flour (kambu maavu)WaterButtermilk or yogurtSmall onions, finely choppedSalt to tastePreparation:Mix kambu flour with water to form a smooth batter without lumps.Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously to prevent sticking, until it thickens into a porridge-like consistency.Allow the kambu koozh to cool completely.Once cooled, mix in buttermilk or yogurt, chopped onions, and salt.Serve chilled.
