“Leeg Ng Manok”, is a meat snack of barbecued chicken necks, it is a very popular and cheap kind of street food that is prevalent throughout all of the Philippines. This crunchy chow is often dubbed as the “poor man’s KFC”. It is sold on a skewer, grilled or dipped in batter and deep fried; it is served with vinegar sauce or gravy.
