In front of the former Jewish Dusnus-school in the historical town of Leeuwarden, located in the north of Holland in the province of Friesland, a column (Mezoeza) has been built up out of seventeen rings. Two memorial stones with text have been mortared into the walls of the school. At the left: Jewish school 1886 – 1943. At the right in Hebrew and in Dutch from Genesis 37:30: The child is no longer.
