| Salthouse Marshes in North Norfolk is an area of small pools and extensive grazing land. In winter it offers habitat for snow buntings, the rarer lapland buntings and shore larks. Barn owls and the Marsh Harrier are seen regularily. Cattle and cows with their young can be seen grazing on the marsh at this time of year. Managed by the Norfolk Wildlife Trust. |
