Apostolos Andreas Monastery is situated just south of Cape Apostolos Andreas Cape of Saint Andrew, which is known to the Turkish Cypriots as Cape Zafer, which is the north-eastern most point of the island of Cyprus, in the Karpass Peninsula currently it is in the Turkish Cypriot-administered area of North Cyprus, the unrecognized except by Turkey Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus since 1974.
