Face value 40 lire.The stamp depicts an envelope addressed to Pisa (56100) with a Bari Centro postmark dated 1 July 1967 (1.VII.1967), a red arrow indicating the postal code position, and a column of numeric postal codes on the right. Used stamp with cancellation. Bicolor design in red, black and yellow.
