| The BMW Concept X1 is a concept vehicle developed by BMW. It is BMW's first compact Sport Activity Vehicle and was presented at the Mondial de l'Automobile in October 2008. It extended the BMW X model line, then consisting of the BMW X3 E83, X5 E70 and the X6 E71. The final X1 E84 (production model of the first generation of the BMW X1) was formally presented at the IAA in autumn 2009. |
