Mangda Na or Malangda Na in Thai or Lethocerus indicus is an insect in the Belostomatidae family. This insect is cook by Thai, Veitnamese and Philippines. It can be eaten whole and as extract. In this picture Mangda insects were grilled with hot fresh peppers and these will be crushed with fresh garlics and other seasoning. This is called Namprik Mangda or Mangda chilli paste.
