Bundles of coconut fiber or coir used to stablize an environmental wetland area. Coconut fiber has an incredible capacity to hold moisture. These bundles were seen at a local county park awaiting a project to help ingress and egress of waterways and minimize the mosquito population without harmful chemical sprays.
