Pictured is a bronze sculpture titled `Dr. JKG Silvey` by David Iles on the campus of the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. The sculpture is the last in Iles Wildlife Series created in 1998, and represents the human species. Dr. Silvey was Chair of the UNT Department of Biology from 1952-1973 and retired as a Distinguished Professor Emeritus in 1977.
