It was built between the 11th and 12th centuries, despite the fact that it underwent later transformations and was completely refilled in 1958, due to its ruinous state. It is registered as a Cultural Heritage Site. Andorra la Vella is the capital of the Principality of Andorra. It is located high in the east Pyrenees, between France and Spain.
