| Proja (Serbian Cyrillic: ßpoja) is a Serbian national dish of corn-bread. It used to be popular in times of widespread poverty, mostly before 1950's and now it is commonly mistaken with projara, fancy variant of proja. Recipe: Mix 8 cups corn flour, 2 cups oil,1 baking powder ,1 glass mineral water and salt. |
