The house with the red roof was built in 1903 by KonstantÃÂ«ns PÃâkÃÂ¡Ãâns (in collaboration with EiÃÂ¾ens Laube). Currently it is a Museum of Riga Art Nouveau style. Second house was built in 1904 by Mikhail Eisenstein.
