| The medieval Suevian castle of the Italian town Manfredonia, begun by the Hohenstaufen and completed by the Angevins, and parts of the town walls are well preserved. The castle received a new line of walls in the 15th century. The castle is characterised by its Suevian architecture that derives from its geometric regularity and the linearity of the entire structure. |
