| This stain is a typical Hematoxylin and eosin stain. In this case it allows the visualization of brown deposits in the skin. These deposits are melanoma related cells. If you were to use IHC on this tissue it might show multiple variances of pathology all relating to melanoma. Some of these IHC markers might be HMB-45, Melan-A and Tyrosinase. |
