| Historic gateway of Malwa known as Jam Darwaza near Mhow on ancient Mandleshwar Road , Madhya Pradesh , India. This road connects Malwa from Nimar through steep valleys and tracks. This gate was constructed during rule of Legendary Devi Alhilya Bai Holkar of Indore State to fortify and secure the Indore Mandleshwar Route in the year 1790 or 1791 AD. |
