Shami kebab (Persian: شامی کباب‎, Urdu: شامی کباب‎, Hindi: शामी कबाब), or shami tikka (Urdu: شامی تکہ‎, Hindi: शामी टिक्का), is a popular Iranian and Indian variety of kebab, also found in Pakistani cuisine.
