| The milk-white lighthouse is located in the main breakwater of Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center, its height of 20.08 meters symbolizes the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. The lighthouse coordinates played very important role in navigation during 2005-2006, 2006-2007, 2007-2008 Koribo Global Sailing Competition and 2008-2009 Volvo Ocean Race.
