Hugo Wstinc was a Dutch legal expert. He was born in an important family in Utrecht. He became a prior with the Dominican order in Utrecht and from 1329 works for the bishop of Utrecht. This bronze statue of him is on top of a fountain in the courtyard of the Dom church in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Is is made by Edelsmids Brom.
