Pavilion No. 1 `Central` until 1964 `Main`. Until the 1990s, it had a second name `The Main Pavilion of the VDNH of the USSR`. It was built by 1954 according to the project of G. V. Shchuko and E. A. Stolyarov. At the VSHV of 1939, the Main Pavilion was located on the site of the square between the fountains `Stone Flower`and` Friendship of the Peoples of the USSR`. The height of the pavilion with a spire is 90 meters.
