Baltic Sea near Goehren, a town situated upon the island of Ruegen in the east of Germany south of the steep bank of the Nordpferd Cliff. The name Göhren is of Slavic origin: `Gorna`, which means something like `mountainous country` and thus aptly expresses the location of the place on this peninsula ending in the North Perd.
