It is one of the biggest medresse in Anatolia.Open court, four per hals and two storey medresse are thought to be built in the Ilhaind period and the and of the 13 th Century and begining of the 14 th Century. In the Ottoman period the building was used as an arsenal during the time of Murat the fourth, then latter as a barracks.
