| This memorial stone celebrates the contribution of WR Evans, who was headteacher at Bwlch-y-Groes School from 1938 to 1958, except for a few years during the war when he served with the RAF. He was affectionately known as Mishtir, and believed in the importance of integrating children into their community. Bwlch-y-Groes is situated in a welsh speaking area in north Pembrokeshire, Wales. |
