| Mount Elgon run by Uganda Wildlife Authority. This is one of the main tourist destinations in the east of Uganda near Mbale. The biodiversity makes this a protected area of rainforest, of grassland, tundra and other types of habitat. Famers grow crops on the lower parts of the mountain just outside of the National Park. |
