| Aguille Verte (4.122m) and Aguillle Dru (3.754m) in autumn scenery as seen from the Aguilles Rouges. The north face of Aguille Dru is one of the most difficult to climb in the Alps, and the west face had some serious rockfalls in the last years. Chamonix village lies below, between the Aguille Verte and Aguillle Rouge. Mont Blanc peak lies just to the right of the image. |
